arXiv has RSS feeds (and a Stats topic). R-Bloggers. Andrew Gelman's blog (lead developer on Stan language).

Some of these are like firehoses. How to filter through it? We could write a machine-learning algorithm to do that.... Cory might give this a shot and share.
